Funded by the Ignite National Technology Fund and the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), NIC Faisalabad is managed by a consortium of esteemed organizations, including Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd., Change Mechanics Pvt. Cohort 7 Orientation Ceremony
NIC Faisalabad recently celebrated the Orientation Ceremony for its 7th Cohort, marking the beginning of another exciting incubation journey. The new cohort comprises 19 startups in the Incubation Program, 5 startups in the Hatchery Program, and 4 women-led ventures under the SheVentures Program.
These startups represent a diverse range of verticals including AgriTech, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, FinTech, HealthTech, FoodTech, IoT, Mobility, Textile Innovation, and EdTech demonstrating the depth and potential of Pakistan’s innovation ecosystem.
The event featured a keynote address by Professor Dr. Zulfiqar Ali and a thought-provoking panel discussion titled “AgriTech, AI, and the Next Wave of Innovation.” Panelists Adnan Aslam (DigiKhata), Ali Najam (Amaana Capital), and Asma Shah (Go Flour) shared valuable insights on the evolving relationship between agriculture and emerging technologies, emphasizing the need for scalable, impact-driven innovation.
