London Tech Week 2025: Pakistan’s National Pavilion Signals the Rise of a New Tech Power

London, June 12, 2025 — Pakistan is stepping into the global spotlight at London Tech Week 2025, bringing with it a bold vision for tech-driven growth, innovation, and international collaboration. The country’s national pavilion located at Stall 55 in Olympia London, marks a significant milestone in its continued efforts to position itself as a competitive and future-ready digital economy.

Spearheaded by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), in partnership with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), the High Commission of Pakistan in the UK, and key industry stakeholders, this year’s participation reflects a strategic push to elevate Pakistan’s presence in global tech markets.

“Pakistan is home to one of the youngest and most dynamic tech workforces in the region,” said Mr. Abu Bakar, CEO of PSEB. “With strong capabilities across AI, cloud, fintech, cybersecurity, and digital health, we are here to build bridges, foster partnerships, and open new avenues for our companies.”

The Pakistan Pavilion features 14 leading IT and software firms, engaging in live demos, B2B networking, and curated meetings with global buyers, investors, and strategic partners. The UK remains Pakistan’s second-largest destination for IT and ITeS exports, making London Tech Week a vital opportunity for business growth and international exposure.

Adding to the momentum, a branded campaign titled “Think Tech, Think Pakistan” is running across London’s business zones featuring wrapped black cabs and social engagement efforts aimed at amplifying the country’s tech narrative. Participants who engage with the campaign online are entered into a draw for a return trip to Lahore or a $1,000 prize, encouraging broader visibility and interaction.

A Strategic Networking Event on the Horizon

As part of the official schedule, June 12 will also feature a high-level networking event co-hosted by PSEB, the Pakistan High Commission UK, OPEN London, TDAP, and P@SHA. This exclusive gathering will bring together tech leaders, investors, and government officials to explore cross-border collaboration, diaspora engagement, and Pakistan’s growing role in the global digital economy.

Pakistan’s presence at London Tech Week underscores a wider shift from being an outsourcing destination to becoming a strategic innovation and tech partner on the world stage.
