Mentoring tips by Mentors at Pakistan Startup Cup 2018-19

Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be. Mentors very often have their own mentors, and in turn their mentees might wish to ‘put something back’ and become mentors themselves – it’s a chain for ‘passing on’ good practice so that the benefits can be widely spread.
