Signing up for Ovex Tech Financials is easy. Once you have completed and shared the below form with us, describing you business legal structure and modules you need. Our team will set up an account and share credentials with you. It’s that simple.

General ledger ( RS. 7,500 per month):

Get your monthly Income Tax and Sales Tax filing done and make your business a tax compliant entity. This will help you work with other corporates and legal entities, where tax compliance is mandatory requirement.


Q: Is there an initial signing up fee?

A: There is no signing up fee. What’s more first month’s use is free so you can test drive the platform to ensure it fulfils you needs.

Q: What if I don’t know how to use this?

A: Our team of experts is juts a call away. They will guide you about how to post a transaction, set up an account, run reports etc. We will also be posting videos about the basic soon. Accounting is a complex discipline but it does not have to be difficult for every day use. Once you understand the basics, it will be breeze posting your expenses, recording a sale, running your outstanding receivables reports.

Q: How will taxes be handled.

A: There are three aspects of handing state taxes. First one to deduct tax from payment, based on applicable rates and slabs. Second is recording these deductions in Ovex Tech Financials and relevant Federal or Provincial departments’ online portals and lastly, depositing deducted taxes in authorised banks. Tax compliance is extremely important as it can draw significant penalties for non-compliance.

Q: How can I subscribe to or un-subscribe from additional modules?

A: Currently you will have to call on our Helpline to activate or de-activate a module. Price for a module will be charged on a monthly basis. It can be deactivated any time during the month and it will be de-activated form the last date of that month. In Phase II, this functionality will be available in the online portal.

Q: How do I pay for the accounting packages

A: You can deposit monthly or quarterly fee in our designated account. Phase II will have online payment methods integrated and you can do it from the convenience of your office/home.
